Our team

Sergio Aguilar
OWNER & HEAD CHEF
Chef Sergio received his degree in culinary arts from Long Beach City College in the year 2000. He has designed the menu for several restaurants and has been catering events since the early 90s. His first job at the age of 15, where his love for fine dining began, was in a restaurant and he soon went on to open his own supermarket and restaurant. In total, Sergio has over 35 years of experience in the foodservice industry.

Pedro Aguilar
OWNER
Pedro is the co-owner of 2 Fresco Mexican Grill locations along with Fresco Catering. He also ran a banquet hall that offered catering for several years so he knows the ins and outs of the event and catering business. Prior to founding Fresco Mexican Grill, he managed a supermarket and restaurant for many years.
